Hi folks, I installed a starview in my mothers house several months ago. Worked like a dream. She heard the rumours yesterday and turned off the box last night. This morning she can't receive any channels after switching back on. I've done a factory reset and rescanned but it still can't find any channels. Anything else I can try ? Thanks in advance.

Is it plugged back into the cable in socket and is your key emu back on?
