I have a question...i basically i got banned from xbox live and i think i found a way to get around it which involves me flashing my bios on my xbox which would get me back online but i wanted to see if anybody knew a different way and also does anyone know what they banned from xbox live? was it my console or my hdd?

They banned your console,and if ya figured out a way to get back on live more power to ya.The only way that is public to get back on line,is to use a INFECTUS Chip Which from my understanding is still a pretty big task still.Good luck

Yep. Right now the only way to get unbanned is to change your banned key with a good key. And the only way is to use the Infectus chip.

In all reality, you're still not getting your console unbanned. Once that key is banned, it's banned...period. So by swapping keys, you're basically using a new console on LIVE. And you would need a second console to get the key from, of course. And that second console you got that key from couldn't be used on LIVE anymore. You can't have 2 consoles with the same key on LIVE. That'd be a BIG flag for MS.
