Well.....if (I) messed with flash settings.....even though I have 3 types of pandora MS's and Nand-Keys (backups) I'd do better to "get a new psp" unless I want to dig a bigger hole :) Some (lots) can retrieve a brick....I haven't searched much into it (creeps me out) haha!! Look below at "mrgooey" his POST has the "BEST" info you would ever need. But when you get the custom firmware.....and you see Flash0, flash1,Flash2,Flash3 settings........stay away........learn NOW instead of not knowing and possibly Never getting to find out. You are ASKING all the questions you have already read up on right?? Get the link provided below....and READ...it does work (I have a magic stick made from that LARGE download) get your psp running homebrew...then I'm sure more questions will popup. And "yes" you COULD brick your PSP by doing this and ANY downgraders (but pandora is the SAFEST possible way to do it) I have done the pandora to 4 different psp's and changed firmware on 1 at least 5 different times with NO problem using pandora. You could also BRICK using your psp with OFFICIAL Sony firmware....just doing one of there Official Updates. IF you choose to have the BEST of both worlds (homebrew) be ready to learn and take chances. Pandora is here to help :)

Well.....I guess mrgooey(s) post with the link is actually 2 posts UP from this one....and that installer he has linked is "kinda" hard to find online sometimes ;) but is a very good pandora (choose option 4 when you get to it) do Exactly as it says and you won't go wrong.
Depends on what you do to your PSP, if Pandora will save it. Sometimes pandora can bring it back...and if you messed with the WRONG things.....(don't ask...just don't mess with nothing till you know what you are doing) sometimes pandora can bring it back, but your wifi might not work or won't read UMD's anymore....read up on backing up your NAND and KEYS also...save them and is your BEST insurance.
