Ok, so I am pretty new as far as posting goes on here. However I have done alot of reading. I use a Mac, and I have pretty much come to the conclusion the hardest part about burning an xbox 360 game on mac is setting the custom layer break it requires. I would urge someone who is knowledgeable when it comes to burning xbox 360 games take a look at this mac program. LiquidCD. I've seen it mentioned in a few threads regarding Wii burning. A quick google search for LiquidCD will point you to plenty of sites for downloading this app. LiquidCD allows you to set a custom layer break. The problem is it sets it by percentage. When I enter in the custom layer break for XBox 360, I close the box, re-open it and it is just set at 1%. So what am I seeking is someone with knowledge who could perhaps even research what exact percentage is the layer break for xbox 360 isos. I know the actual number, but what would that be as far as percentage goes? I am thinking it may be possible to successfully burn xbox 360 games on Mac using LiquidCD and setting the layer break in percentage. I am just not equipped to research this, as I have no clue where to start.
I have had nothing but success using the following program to burn 360 back ups.

I have an iMac Core 2 Duo. I have a Dual Layer Burner and always use verbatim discs. I burn at the slowest possible speed.
If you're an Apple lover like me, then there may have been a few times when you have become frustrated at the lack of guides available for OS X users. Don't worry! I've been there too. And I have made it my goal to help the world by taking what I have learned and passing it on to others.
This post is about burning XBox 360 isos in Mac OS X!
Here is what you will need:
1. A clean dump XBox 360 ISO. You can get these in lots of places. But make sure they are from a reliable community, and contain information verifying that they have been tested and are working! A good place to look for these would be our very own BlackCats for example.
2. A Pentium based Mac running Tiger (OS X 10.4.x)
3. An internal or external drive that can burn Dual Layer DVDs (I use an external Lacie Lightscribe)
4. A blank DVD DL +/- R(W) (I recommend Verbatim DVD DL -/+Rs)
Okay, before we get started, note that the iburn360 also comes with a pdf guide, but I found it somewhat poorly written and filled with superfluous information. But, if you want, stop here and pick up that guide, or otherwise continue along with me!
Step One
Install iburn360
Step Two
Open up your DVD burner of choice, and pop in your blank DVD DL. Good work! See, this is easy!
Step Three
Run iburn360. When it starts up, it should automatically detect drives connected to computer. Select the one that you put your blank media into! There should be a drop down list right under the words, "Choose your recorder." When this is done, the program should automatically choose an appropriate burn speed, but remember that it is always best to burn at the slowest possible speed to avoid those pesky DREs!
Step Four
Make sure that in the box that reads "Layer Beak:" you see the numbers: 1913760. This is probably the most critical part. This element is essential for bypassing XBox 360 security.
Step Five
Drag and drop your clean dump XBox 360 iso into the box below the words that say: "Drop your XBox 360 game image into the box below"
Step Six
Hit burn!
Possible Step Seven
At this point, your iburn360 program may tell you that your iso needs to be patched! This is good news, because most games you find on the internet are not patched, so you should be grateful this program can catch this problem. It will save you a lot of media. Simply select the button that says, "Patch." It should take only a few seconds. When it successfully finishes, it will prompt you to continue, so hit "Ok"
If you are lucky enough that this message doesn't appear, it means that you downloaded a patched iso, and are good to go. So don't worry!
Step Eight
Sit back and relax. It is going to be a while. You will see a number that increases every once in a while. That is your status percentage. Also, while this is burning your iso, your beachball icon will appear any time you put your cursor over the program. Don't worry, it hasn't frozen! That means it's working.
When it is all done, it will say "Recording finished!" where the status number used to be.
Step Nine
Pop out your brand new XBox 360 game and give it a go! If you did everything right, it will work like a charm!

I appreciate the tutorial, but I already knew about iBurn 360, it doesn't work for me. I have researched it and gone over everything over and over. My thread was started with the intentions of having someone check out LiquidCD and attempt at burning a successful backup with that program.
