ok so my Phat PSP's screen got cracked recently and I called up Sony, since my $30 bestbuy warranty was completely useless, and I used the exchange option. I have to send in my PSP to Sony and for $90 I get a new one. I have 2 questions.

1. My PSP has custom firmware 3.80 M33-5 so will they find out I hacked my PSP and cancel the whole thing if I send it to them?

2. What PSP will they send me? PSP Slim or a Phat PSP?

1. I dont think Sony cares. As long, u didnt send it with ur MS with the games inside. That would be illegal, to download iso. They will upgrade ur psp back to 3.80 Official firmware
