I have been deciding for months on which modchip to get. I have a slimline v14 SCPH-75001 PS2. I plan on only running backups from DVDs, not an external hard drive or anything. What do I need to do this? (Please tell me all information necessary, such as laser fixes and other things)

here
is a cheap one that will do your job but a high quality chip is the matrix chips I personally have the m7 chip found here and its in my v14 and its great no problems for over two years no errors and boots perfectly.
