My NOKIA box went down last week and I can only get 4 channels. I have re-scanned it about 10 times and still no joy. I have read a few of the threads and there is a lot of talk about a virus. I didn't think it was possible but then again it is a big coincidence that the same thing happened to someone else I know (also Nokia). I don't want to start another thread on "Virus - Fact or Fiction", just looking for a bit of help to get the channels back.
P.S
I am an absolute newbie when it comes to tech stuff.

hmm that is odd have you checked all your cables and the cable from the wall to see if there is any interuptions
