error 0810002 game couldn\t be opened ????

does any one know why i have these error when i start to play an iso game need for speed and i have umd disc inside the psp and when i start the game it give me these msg game couldn't be opened (0810002)

Thank you allll and please any one answer me i need update or there is something wrong

boot into recovery by holding the R button and powering on the psp, scroll down ton cofig then press x then down to umd drive press x till m33 driver no umd comes up the press back then exit try ur game it should work.
