Syphon Filter is the way to go. i mean i rented it. and it was pure awesome, i beat it less than 3 days. but if you're looking for a Stealth game any Splinter Cell game for psp, which reminds me i need to buy a splinter cell game

Killzone:Liberation , its not your everyday shooter. but it gets addicting and its really fun online

Medal of honor: heros and Heros 2 is my personal choice but i havent played call of duty yet either.

Sniper Elite
platform: xbox 1 & PS2
1 or 2 player co-op
The Good:
large open maps,AI duck for cover & regroup to attempt to outflank,great amount of explosive devices like TNT,stick grenades,normal frag grenades,i especially like the trip wire grenades,pity there ain't no molotovs (farcry)or plasma grenades (halo) ..lol..,reasonable amout of machine guns to pick up from fallen enemy as well as panzerfaust's & panzerschrek,shooting grenades on the ground or on the enemy will get you a kill,two or three for one bullet kills,my favourite is bullet camera,whereby you follow the bullet to it's target & watch brains splatter,throw rocks to make AI investigate for an easy brain splatting headshot.
The Bad:
Not Enough Enemies in a few of the maps,for the size of the maps & the amount of bombed out buildings etc i'm suprised it was'nt possable to get to the rooftops or more higher areas except for a select few maps further on,AI are extremely accurate with weapons whose bullets seem to reach from one side of the map to the other,then again you can do it too..lol..enemy AI can hear you running even tho in the real world it would be impossable at that distance

now when it comes to xbox i find gears of war to be very addicting.also i like the fact that they have a painted target gun that actually works and can be used fairly easy

Best first person shooters:
Call of duty - Roads to victory
Ratchet and Clank - size matters
Third person:
Syphon filter - Dark mirror (Part 1)
Syphon filter - Logan's shadow (Part 2)
Stealth games:
Prince of persia - Rival swords (Its sort of like Assasin's creed)
Both:
Splinter cell (Any of them)
I personally do not like shooters but these ones are awesome!
