Here's my problem:
Trying to mod a PS2 V12 with a DMS4 lite solderless. Have checked and double-checked myself on the cable hookups, checked for any bent pins, and checked for proper grounding. When the test board is hooked up, both green and red lights come up. When I hook up the console and boot all I get is a black screen. Try to reset, hold down square button, L1 button, select and so on.. nothing. I also tried to load an image of toxicbios. Still nothing.
I have removed the chip assembly and bootup of the console was successful at its orginal state. Any help on this would be appreciated by myself and any others out there that are searching for an answer to this same problem. I know I searched the web for some sort of an answer and came up short.

Something to do with the bios pin locations. If any of them are shorted or not on correctly, the ps2 shows a black screen at startup.
