I just bought this XBOX 360 off eBay and it came in the mail and doesn't work.. So now instead of filing a claim I want to send it in to get fixed since the warranty is still good. I took off the faceplate and the sticker is still there but kinda has like a scratch on it. Here is the picture let me know if its still valid.....

Haha theses guys are crazy i have sent back xboxs with way worse stickers than that and they fixed my stuff. You should be fine bro

People may have gotten away with it in the past, but MS has stepped up against systems which have been tampered with. There are plenty of posts from users who have received their systems back, unrepaired, with a letter in regards to tampering.
