OK i dont playing my wii for 3 months can i play safe?

ok get the guitar hero III 3 months a go i have a wii key installed i thing i conect the inernet and my wii ask me for a update but also give me a message if a have a mood wii my wii woulnd work so i turn off my wii and i play normaly my guitar hero III ok my question is i have 40 back up games and im running now well my wii say ver.3.0.U i never upgrade my wii key (was i installed 8months ago)can i still play my old back up games? can i still back up more new games? can i still open the internet? (now is closed ,scare for auto update) do i need to do something for play and worry free that my wii play all my back up games and originals games???do i need to update my wii key ? do i need to use wiibrick? please letme know before i do somthing stupid thank you very much

let it update through the internet it will be fine

avoid updates on discs unless u are 100% sure its same region as your wii

but if i let it update a message shows (may wii dont work if is modd with a chip)???

It will be fine ... its just nintendo trying to scare you ... looks like it worked.

As mentioned above only update via the online updater ... dont use downloaded disks
