Well I updated my son's psp a little while back and it is at 3.71 m33-2 firmware,I see that there is a new version out,Should I worry about updateing it?And if so can I just dl the update 5 instead of 3,4 then 5,or is there a even newer version out then the update 5,I see so many firmwares that I am getting a little confused,I need to keep up with the psp scene as it seems like there is a diffrent firmware out ever other week.Thank you

well mine was one 3.71 m33-2 and i updated one at a time until i got to 3.80 m33. from there you can add 3.80 m33-2, -3, -4, and -5 via wifi internet update. its pretty cool actually. if you are planning on playing future games to come it would be better to upgrade now instead of waiting until 4.10 m33 or something like that and you are totally behind. i got mine from 3.71 m33-2 to 3.80 m33-5 in like 20 or 30 min.

just dl the update 4 as it includes the update 3 aswell

I just seen there was a 3.90 Could I just go straight to that?Also the internet thing sounds pretty cool to.Thanks for the quick reply.
Also I have the older fat one i guess they call it,I am also using the usb flash method .
