hey guys, i just recently hooked my ps3 online, i have cable internet and had to go buy a separate router because my cable modem didnt have 1, anyways its a wireless netgear router, i was wonderin if there was someway 2 improve the connection cause when i play cod its on 1 bar, and only once and a while it goes up to 3 or 4?

any advice?

if your ps3 is close to your router, the best would be connecting the two together with an ethernet cable.

if the ps3 is too far, then there's nothing much you can do. keep the router high, and away from corners and metal objects. if the netgear router is equipped with antenna(s), swap them for higher dBi ones.

ahh ks kool, yea its got an antenna but it looks real cheap, where would i find one of these dbi 1s? and would it be worth the effort of buyin and switchin it?
