Hi,
When I try burn what I've copied to hard disc when splitting in DVDFAB GOLD I get a message saying reallocation of files failed. There seems to be an enormous amount of files on disc 1 and that's where this message occurs - I can burn disc 2.
I'm using windows XP
Any suggestions would be most welcome.
Incidentally is there any other way to split a disc manually - i.e. copy it as a DVD 9 on the hard disc and then manually split the files?
cheers
Seb

You can split the disk using DVD Shrink in 'Reauthor' mode.
Open the files, select 'No Compression' then 'Reauthor'.
Drag 'Title 1' from right to left pane and click the 'Start/End Frames' symbol and choose the chapters for the first disk.
Click 'Backup'.
After they are backed up, choose the remaining chapters and back them up.
