Downgrading Slim PSP 3.71

Im downgrading a PSP for my sister, its a Slim, and its on 3.71.
She wants to put 3.71 M33 on it, I know how to do this with fat PSPs but ive never done it on a slim, is it possible? Would I have to downgrade it to 1.50 first then up to 3.71 M33?
Plus, are the updates to 3.71 M33 the same as the updates for the Fat PSP or do I need some special ones for the slim?

unfortunateli u cant downgrade a slim, u have to reflash it with DC3 (that will install 3.71 m33-2 onto ur slim)

I have never heard of this guide referred to as DC3. However, it is a good guide and will get you taken care of. There is always a "chance" of bricking your PSP when messing with CFW. However, I have used this guide several times with no problems. It creates a unbricker just in case. Have fun!!

hi i have a psp slim & i tryed 2 use ur downgrared /hacker to 3.71m33-2 & my dpad doesnt work wut do i do do i have 2 dump the nand or sumthing & wut do the 2[] mean
