im using a wireless xbox 360 les paul controller for gutiar hero 3, i got it used off a friend but it sems whenver i play for any length of time the red button is choosy about when it wants to work during a song, it seems to cut out a bit when you start holding it in.
does this sound like a problem or just me using it?
i dont know whether tyo question them about it if its notihng il feel a bit guilty.
thing is, his xbox broke a few months ago and he hasnt used it for that long, so i dont think he sold it top me because he knew it was broken because he wasnt eve 'offering' to sell it i jsut said id take the guitar off his hands.
jsut wondering if its maybe a loose connection comewhere because when it fails the others seem to work so its not the connection between the controller and the xbox.
would it have a warranty? would microsoft repair it for free?
try cleaning the contact points in the guitar where the neck and the body meet-clean the contact points with something so as not to use any chemicals or disinfectants, but my controller did that too, so its not broke, just needs cleaned.
