when i begin to play a game my wireless controller will just turn off and it will tell me to reconnect my controller and it does this anywhere from 2-4 times and then it quits. And i just put new batteries in it. Then when i'm playing bioshock it kinda lags and freezes up on me for a second. And i look at the disc and there's not a scratch or anything on it. I just need to know how to fix this problem. its driving me insane!

Sorry fenderjag I had to tell iceman AKA bart"" a thing or two. Listen if you call xbox up and its under warrenty they will replace it, but, you will have to send it back to them first. I had a problem with my contoller once. I only had one controller. I borrowed my friends first to see if there was a problem and there was. I tried to get M$ to get me a new one first, they wouldn't. People are going to tell you all sorts of things like its interference. Try your friends first. See if that works. As far as the lag, I believe that's bioshock. Some of the games do hesitate.

thanks man..ya that iceking was being a real fuck. but anyway..i tried to contact xbox about it and that really didnt help..idk i guess i'll send it back to them and get a replacement.

yea...doesn't work like that, only replacement's MS gives out are for the 3RL which you don't have.

|

How long have you had it?
Where did you buy it?
(Through MS)You have a 1 year warranty on regular stuff and a 3yr warranty on the RROD. They gave me a new power supply for mine and it was 6 months old.
