I have prepared my usb drive with iprep and ixtreme 1.4 12X I get to the main screen type in my serial #. It says make sure your drive is on. Then i hit enter and it only detects my 2 other IDE drives. never my sammy. I tried different ports. Then ten second trick is a little confusing though. Like before or after I hit enter. I can't disable RAID. My bios won't let me. I have a 2yr. Dell Dimension 3000 with no sata. Any help or suggestions would be greatly taken. Thanks.

10 sec trick works great for me. with the xbox on, boot into dos. Send your flash command. When it displays the avaliable drive options. Turn off the xbox. Pick and send the number for the sammy drive. Count to ten. Turn the xbox on and voila it will start streaming into the drive. Done

yeah. thats the problem though. It can't find the sammy drive in the first place. It never see's the extreme port. Im not sure on what might help. Ive tried almost everything.

Yea thats not a good sign. Mine shows right up. May want to try another computer if youve got one somewhere. The drive is plugged into your sata cable on the computer isnt it?
