I got kicked out by server admin right wen i entered like my 4th game and got a email saying that if i get kicked out twice i'm banned from the server... I just got this game like yesterday and I'm wondering if I should worry bout the email..I dont cheat and shit, im all legit and i still get this s*** on me did this ever happen to any1 else?

sorry i was pissed when i was writing the thread, no i wasn't lipping people my bluetooth device wasn't even operating i was listening to music @ the same time so...yep

I just want to say the same exact thing happened to me a few days ago. I rented warhawk, played it for 2 days then got that message. I also did not do anything wrong. I don't even have a blue tooth headset. There must be something wrong with their system.

It might be your connection, they might think your trying to lag.

My connection gets no better than three bars. It might increase to four once I get a HDTV in my own room. The router is next to my room.

Maybe just keep playing and not worry about it. If they DO ban you try and do something about it then.

hopefully you purchased the retail version of the game and not the DRM'ed PSN licence as the PSN offering is NONE transferable and locked to your account forever and you cannot even give you account away when you sell your ps3 dude.
