"DVD-Video" is a mode of Nero Burning ROM which should have been in the download. Maybe you should try the download again.
Do you have a startsmart desktop icon? If you open Nero using Startsmart make sure you select DVD in the upper right corner of the Startsmart screen.

When you open up Nero ROM and click "New" under "File",
the window that opens up says "New Compilation" -
in the upper left hand corner is a DVD / CD box - Choose DVD. Directly under that you may choose DVD Video, when you then click "Burn" to go on to the next page, the "New Compilation" Window will now read what you wanted it too -
