hey could you help me unlock a nokia 3120 rh-19 please,

I have a program that i got a while ago, but its not working.
I think I have 3 tries left. Help would be appreciated. Thanks!

P.S. Do I put the code in with no sim card or with the restricted sim in
and put the code on the Phone Restricted/Undo screen?
