fist off you need to have your psp modded, if you do have it modded and you are playing a game that is not working then you probably need to upgrade the mod (the current firmware update out is 3.90 M33). but most importantly just make sure you have a folder named "ISO" at the root of your psp data stick and that you are putting your ISO and CSO game files in that folder. if you have done all of this and still nothing is working you may have a bad game file and possibly need to try and redownload the game or recopy it.

actually the original game is in ISO format then my cousin extracted the ISO using WINRAR(this is my copy). i archieve again the files to ISO using NERO and I encountered this problem("The game could not be started. (80010002)". i already tried to archive the files using WINRAR but the machine did not recognized the game

where are you putting the file?
what firmware are you using?
what game are you trying to play?
oh and when the file is extracted by winrar it should already be ready to play, so instead of messing around with nero try and put the file that is extracted one your psp and playing that.

bu22ard, sounds to me like you are trying to play a psx game. if you are then you need to go into PSP-> game-> and create a folder for whatever the game is for example ResidentEvil2. so what you would need to do is go to PSP-> Game-> ResidentEvil2-> and put your eboot file in here. your eboot file has to have its own folder. and dont forget to put the "keys" file in here also. you must put a copy of the "keys" file in every psx game folder. so if you have 3 psx games with three different folder; each folder must have a "keys" file within it.
