Have you followed the instructions correctly & in the right steps.
It sounds like you have the Pandora (Datel) but not the MMS.
PsP#1 : 2.01>3.71M33-4>3.80 M33-5
PsP#2 (Slim) : 3.80>3.90M33-2 All hail the UPMS Stck
If you need a UPMS Stick go here and then go here :-) *As recommended by January39

Magic memory Stick usually used with a Pandora to access a Pandora menu to allow the covnersion to CFW. Usually holds a IPL to allow you to boot ot the memory stick.
Post the link for LArrylje's guide. His guides are always spot on so cannot think he would have made an error.

Well, I hope you are using a "Memory stick pro duo" :)
You cannot make a magic memory stick with a "Memory stick duo" >_>

Copy the 1.50 Update 2 into the UPDATE folder, this will now be visible in the GAME folder on your XMB. make sure you have a 1.50 E boot on the root of the memory stick.
Having not used that Unbricker before, it is difficult to say where the error has been made. I can tell you that the problem lies in the Magic Memory Stick. I would suggest re-formatting the MS and re-installing the files to make your magic Memory card.
Are you using vista, i know that struggles to write the required files.
You should have no problems with that card, i use the same card for a UPMS stick.

@ Feenix888 :)
I agree with you ^_^
Sandisk memory sticks are the best for any PSP ^_^
@ vgame :)
Try what Feenix888 said and also if else fails, then follow the guide I gave you >_>
Well, you shouldn't worry much about the 1.50 kernel file as we can install that even after you successfully install the custom firmware to your PSP ^_^

@acidy Good catch - yes, the 150-2 add on can be put on at a later stage, it is really simple to add that and will not effect the transition to CFW in any way.

You have the official PSP firmware >_<
You'll need another PSP with a custom firmware >_>
Oh wait !!! :D
You have a PSP classic rite ??? :)
I'll give you the guide that I used to downgrade my PSP ^_^
HERE
Use this guide to make your memory stick ^_^
Also, you'll only be able to downgrade your PSP to 1.50 with this magic memory stick ^_^
You'll then have to install the custom firmware on your own ^_^

Alright I believe I have narrowed down my problem. I think that the easy installer program isn't intalling the files. I think this because I never see this screen: http://i240.photobucket.com/albums/ff226...r/writeboot.jpg
Also when I go to copy the PSP folder and 150.PBP to the root of my MS there is nothing there! Could someone help me?

Yeah ^_^
Well, making the magic memory stick will require a cfw capable PSP >_>
The only thing I can do now is to juz tell you to follow each and every step in that guide properly :)
I'm talking about THIS GUIDE
EDIT : Also, about your files no being shown on your PSP, well, try right clicking the file, then select "Copy" and go to where you want to paste your file and then right click - paste :)
Sometimes, using shortcut keys don't work >_<
Also, refresh the page after putting the files ^_^
