Bro got a psp ( ive not seen it yet ) .. He says its been flashed and there is games on the memory stick and they can play them ok.

Question is he says its firmware is just 3.80 nothing else and there is no iso folder even when the card is formatted . Where would the games go on the memory stick ?

if it is 3.80 you will NOT be able to play games from ms

you need 3.80 m33 (or any cfw) and then games are run from ms0:/ISO which will appear automatically when you select 'format' from the psp menu

Well yes it had games on the memory stick and it hadnt been flashed
they were ps1 games put on via a ps3 alledgley is this poss well it must be beause i saw them playing. any way i flashed with pandora and formatted memory stick and put a few cso on ..
