Hello, I have flashed my xbox360 with Iextreme 1.4
I live in europe (pal)

- I have a Hitachi offcourse
- I used several programs like: clonecd, imgburn,... always at 2.4x speed
- I used several brands of dvd's: Sony, Fuji, VERBATIM 2.4 x DL
- The games I burned: Burnout Paradise, devil may cry 4 and Assassins creed => I checked the ISO and there where all region free.

I tried to: Reflash the firmware, Flash the firmware with older firmware.. but no match

All the three games had the same result on my xbox360:

When I put the DVD in my XBOX360 it says: THE DISK IS UNREADABLE or with Burnout I got a black screen then 5sec later I get a sidebar => can't read disk and with the message to clean your disk and reboot the xbox

does anyone has some solutions cause I guess I maybe have overlooked something?

sounds like you need to adjust the pot on the laser, or you may need to replace it all together. Pretty easy to do, if you have a little patience.

well, the original games works without a prob, SO I don't think there is something wrong with the laser ? anyway: how do you do you adjust it?

I tried to adjust it, but no match, I guess my dvd doesn't support the firmware then or something, strange enough

anyway thx for the help :)
