xbox 360 wont power on

My xbox 360 wont power on anymore.When I plug in the power brick the light on it turns red.Any suggestion on whats wrong w/it.

Sounds like your power supply is shot. I had mine do the same thing and the power supply was the cause. I would try to turn it on and it would make a sound for about a split second and then do nothing.

If you have had it less then a year then you can call Microsoft and get them to replace it.

If you have had it more then a year you will have to buy one.

I have 2 xbox 360 and it worked w/one of them,but when I put it on this one the light went from yellow to red as soon asI pluged it into the box.

ouch, then it is more likely a hardware failure on your 360, which means you have to send it to Microsoft to fix.
I am sure you are, but are you making sure that the power supply plug that goes into the 360 is 100% plugged in and secure. If it is not you can also get red lights on it.

If you call MS and tell them you have two consoles and the PSU works on one but not the other i am pretty sure they are just going to tell you that you need to ship it too them for repair.

I called it in a the 3ROD so I can send it in.Hopefuly they will just send me another one.They tried trouble shooting it over the phone,but just keep acting like the 3ROD problem.It still has the M$ label on it,but it was made in 2005 thats why I had to say 3ROD problem

well i tell you that it is not the power supply i got 2 xbox 360 too 1 with the red brick and the other works okay so just plug the good 1 to my bad xbox red turns on anyway and tested the bad brick to my good xbox and works just fine so it is not the power supply its the motherboard of the 360 i opened up mines since its old couldnt find nothing bad on it
