This fell off my wii during modding. Does anyone know where it goes? The drive spins up and the console works but it won't pull in a disk

I think its pretty busted (also the other thread said that they had broken their drive)

If you haven't got very far in the modding process (as in very little, which you would have to remove, solder, or no solder at all) then you should be able to send it back to nintendo to get it repaired for free (not including whether you have to pay postage)

Anyway the plastic peice just snapped back into place but didn't fix the issue. Looks like I am missing whatever connects the pulley on the motor to the pulley on the gear train

I think maybe my buddy lost it when he had the drive for modding. Can someone post a pic of this area on the drive? I am thinking it's a rubber band or something that connects these two wheels?
