problems on playing ISO´s

I´m using 3.80M33-5 at the moment.And i have some problems on playing ISO´s.
Many times when i´m playing it freezes or it not works normaly(i can´t explain).
What i have to do that ISO´s will work normaly.Do I have to downgrade to 3.71M33-4 or do i have to uprgade to 3.90M33.
HELP,PLEASE!I´ll be very happy.

boot into recovery and set the speed to default. or the games are bad rips

Just one more question.Wich CFW is the best?
I have 3.80M33-5.Is the 3.90M33 better or is mybe the best 3.71M33-4?

3.90m33 is just as stable as 3.71m33-4 i have yet to come across any bugs

i think there is a recovery folder out there but not sure but the pandora is the best option
