PSP slim - Game could not start

Hello everyone, first post ever (and a complete noob). I just bought a psp slim and installed 3.90 M33 on it. The psp runs fine except for games. I tried to install DevHook v0.45 Ultimate Installer on it and it says game could be started 8002014c. I also tried Devhook2.71_2.8Hybrid and same thing. An clues as to what I am doing wrong.

if u got 3.90m33 , then click on Select Button
go to M33 VSH MENU and change to UMD ISO MODE Sony NP9660
hope this help ,work for me
