Need help with creating a magic memory stick!

I'm in the process of extracting files to the memory stick when I get an error pop-up that says:
Pandora Menu (Disk Drive:g)
blahblahblah. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications.

How do I get rid of this?
