My config disc stopped working please help!

I have 3.1U firmware and burnt and played MP3 (NTSC-U) and my wii ran perfectly but I wanted to change the disc speed so I put in my old 1.3 (nonhacked) config disc and when I go to load it I get a black screen telling me to take out the disc unplug the power and check the wii manual? What is happening? How do I fix this?

Use the hacked 1.3 to boot up and then put the none hacked 1.3 in to config.
