PsP Noob needs help with 3.90 m33 stuff

Ok guys I hope you can help me out. Today I upgraded to 3.90 m33, and like the moron I am I accidentally deleted the seplugins folder. Well to put a long story short when I try to play a game from my memory card it lets me play the game but a weird message comes up as soon as it is loading and says "load failed. The data is corrupted" now I assume this is the save file b/c it says there is not profile(save data for that game) but if I look on the psp main menu all my saves are still there and even come up. I guess what I need to do is either downgrade to another cfw or to 1.50(which the recovery menu will not allow me to do, it says the game was unable to start) or if someone could give me the seplugin folder. If anyone could help me out I would gladly appreciate it. Thanks in advance
Also I dont have the pandora thing(i dont know anythin about that lol) and My psp is the fat one if that matters

I got that on there, but it still wont allow me to load my game saves from 3.40 oe-a

I guess it is a firmware thing. Is there anyway to make these load?

i don't think its a firmware thing cause i was able to play games just fine.
