I have a WD HDD NTFS connected to my windows media center pc. For some reason when I go under media and click video the hdd does not show up. When I go to windows media center the HDD is there, but the xvids freeze. Do I need to partition part of it NTFS and the other FAT32 and use the FAT32 to get it to show up under video?

Is the drive set for sharing on your network? No the drive does not need to be FAT32 if you are accessing it with the 360.

That was it. I just had to go to media center on my pc and add it to the library. I was trying to add it via the 360 on the extender. Thanks. You are always a great help.
