Playing Halo 3 in plasma tv

I have a question, i recently bought a Vizio Plasma tv (model VP42 something). When playing online i feel there's a little lag in the game...no lag playing in a regular tv? Any ideas?

Read your manual and see if your TV has a "game mode".
I would not think the TV would be the cause of lag though.

playing halo 3 (or any other game for that matter) shouldn't lag on a plasma. I have 2 50" panasonic plasmas that I play 360, wii, and ps3 games on with no lag at all.
