Getting IPrep error while trying to setup usb boot..

Getting error message when trying to prepare usb flash drive with boot files.

I have a nforce 4 sata and tried using two diff usb flash drives:

1. Kingston 1gb Data Traveler
2. USB/MicroSD adapter w/2gb Kingston microSD card

Did you first install iPrep 101 v006 and then replaced .exe file with updated one v006.1 or you just running .exe v006.1 from some folder?

I actually clicked on tools and did a update, now it's all set.
