help please with datel 1800 battery for fat psp!! =(

i bought a datel 1800 battery which is already in service mode or "pandora battery mode". i was hoping to use it to downgrade my 2.80 official firmware to a 1.50 custom firmware but i don't know how to use the battery. the instructions that came with the battery is nonsense. it doesn't say anything on how to make a pandora memory stick. is there any way to make the service tool battery run like a normal psp battery? and can anyone please teach me how to make a PANDORA MEMORY STICK ONLY so that i can use my datel battery to downgrade my 2.80 ofw psp?

*i don't have any homebrew running psp
*i have a psp slim with 3.80 ofw that i also want to convert to cfw
*i broke my original psp fat battery huhu
*the only batteries i have is my original psp slim battery and the
datel service tool for fat psp


i really need some help. thanks,

waaah.. i've done that like a thousand times. everytime i press [Y] in the command prompt, it always says "write error". i can format my memory stick anywhere except in cmd. this sucks man...

I dont think you can make a pandora on vista. Could be wrong though

vista has problems creating the magic memory stick. you'll need to use a computer that has xp on it.

Instead you could just buy a MMS instead of getting XP if you don't have one.
