Im Having Problems Backing up Games with Schtrom360Xtract v3.4 i just bought burnout paradise and devil may cry 4 i tried to back em up but i couldn't when i hit the "extract" button i get this messege on the screen "MygetAltPhysicalFormatInformation Failed!" i don't know why i was able to back up devil may cry 4 using Xbox Back up Creator 2.7 but it took 40 minutes to back it up.Can someone tell me what to do? thanks

Are you sure you have your DVD-Rom hooked up correctly and have the jumper settings right? It should only take about 25 mnutes or so to rip it then about 15 minutes or so to burn it to a DVD+R DL.

Also if it is an IDE version check in the device manager and make sure that you have the it in DMA mode.

Go to start-->right click My Computer-->Properties-->Hardware-->Device manager. Expand the IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers with the plus sign and double click on each of the IDE channels. check that they are in DMA mode under the advanced tab.

i solved this issue already what i did was upgrade the firmware on my samsung but thanks for your help what you said about burn the games in 15 minutes what speed you burn them? i burn the games at 2.4x and takes about 40 minutes
