I just got a used 360 with a TS-H943 ms25 drive in it. The guy i got it from said the tray sticks a little bit but if you keep pressing the eject button, it will eventually open. I messed with it and noticed i had to eject 5 times for it to actually come out. i opened the system up and noticed it was filthy inside, so i cleaned it up. i then opened the disk drive and it was nasty in there too. cleaned it up thinkin thats why it was stickin, but it didnt fix it. now the tray wont open at all when its put back together. if i take the top off, it works fine, but as soon as i put it back on, it sticks. it seems like the thing that pops up to spin the disk is stickin to the white thing on the top part of the case. i dont know if its magnetic or not, but it seems that way. also if i put a disk in the drive, it opens no problem, like the extra little weight of the disk helps it open. anyone know how to fix this? or maybe kill the magnet a little bit so it doesnt pull so much because thats what i think it is keepin it closed. thanks
