I am wondering what is the best CFW that only requires one install to go stright to it so i dont have to istall update repeat. Thank You

That would be 3.40 OE-A :)
You'll juz have to update it directly and no need to install any more updates >_<
But it's outdated >_>

3.90m33 too is a direct update >_>
But you'll have to install 3.52m33-4 first to go to 3.90m33 :)

But, well, according to me, the best custom firmware is 3.71m33-4 :)

I don't think that exists..

for PSP ... you have to contantly updating to the newest firmware.... that cannot be avoided...

there will always be something to add, but now
i think 3.80 m33-5 with 3.71 ms mod plus fw exnteder 1.92

(i own a location free player and dun really kare for 1.5 kernel)
most apps i use run on 3.xx kernels
