I have a problem to play FF VIII(PS1 game) on psp if i choose new game then psp screen goes black and it stays black:/ but i have 2 other ps1 games and they work 100%. I got the game from my friend his confs and FW is same as mine(FW 3.90 M33-2) and the FF VIII on his psp works perfectly.

and i cant find any tutorial how to use UMDgen

no, u dont need a emu to play ps1 games. The psp has a built in ps1 emu. All u need is to download the psx games from torrents. Or u can convert the ps1 iso game to psp format with psx2psp
