that wont work unless u have a built in keyboard or somethin. Do u mean the xbox or the xbox360. Cuz why buy a xbox when there is a 360

Are you for real. world of warcraft on a p3 766 with 64mb of ram??

We have been down this road of pointlessness over and over for the last 5 years. Nobody bothered to make windows98 xbe's so unless you fancy coding windows from the ground up... you can run 98 in the dosbox emu.. IF you really know what you are doing.. load the executables as a live app from dos, but that leaves about 6mb ram headroom.. so you can't do anything with it
About all you can hope for is old dos games in the dosbox emulator.. some of those work quite well..

But for what you want to do just use a PC and save yourself a whole lot of disappointment.. The xbox is not a pc, it runs stripped down linux reasonably well but windows.. forget it.

That's the plan.. the xbox ports of the emulators work really well.

If you need any help with specific emulators/games hit me up. I love trying games I maybe haven't seen before. Still enjoying Moonstone.. what a find ;)
