Pandora battery and "magic memory stick" may not have any effect because it's not a brick >_<
It's a problem of the PSP receiving power >_<

It's not a brick at all >_<
Well, brick means the "green" light will glow for some 20 - 30 secs >_>
But in your case, the "green" light is flashing >_<
My recommendation would be to give your PSP for repair >_>

Well, if you send it to sony and if your PSP is under guarantee, then you'll get it repaired for free :)
But if the guarantee has expired, you'll have to pay >_<
I really dunno what's the rate for repair >_>

K, is it slim or phat. Today I repaired a Star Wars slim. It was doing the same thing. The problem could be the home/select/volume button bar. The one I repaired i swapped out my slim button bar for his and it works fine now. I found on his the button bar, had a bit of damage(most likely a bit of water) causing the ribbon to corrode a bit and the contacts arching.

Yeah just open the sucker up!
Go on youtube and search "Take apart a PSP"
Just watch a couple vids on how other people do it.
I agree that it is a power issue, but if it was a power issue, that means there wouldn't be any power going to the system and NO lights would be flashing!
You've got a technical problem. Probably something wrong with the motherboard... :P
Find a way to take your CFW off of there (brick it or something) and send it into SONY.
My PSP FAT History: 3.40 > 3.51 > 3.71 > 3.71 M33-4 > 3.80 M33-5 > 1.5 Kernel Addon >I restored a slim's nand-dump.bin on mine and it died... so i sold it.
My PSP SLIM History: 3.60 > 3.80 M33-5 > 3.90 M33-2...
