PSP Splinter Cell lag when playing

can anyone give me some advice on how to remove the ****ing lag on this game?? is changing the CPU Clock speed to 333/166 is safe?? my memory stick capacity is 8gb normal speed.. and the NBA Live 08 also lag when i'm playing with my cousin via wifi..

i hope some you guys response on this thread.. thanks in advanced..

Changing the CPU speed to 333/166 will not harm your PSP >_>
But you battery will get drained very fast >_<

Also, which firmware do you have ??? o_O

3.90m33-2 eh ?? :)
Try using the "fatmsmod patch for 3.80/3.90 v2" on your PSP :)
That will increase the readspeed of memory sticks on 3.90m33-2 :)
Downlaod it from HERE

A readme.txt is given and be sure to read it :)
If any doubts ask me ^_^
