My rom is not working! I have other roms that work but not this one! The rom has the internet explorer E icon on it. The other ones I have dont have that could that be the problem?

Double click on the "rom". See what happens. What rom are u getting . What type ??? GBA ... SNES ???

Its Pokemon Emerald GBA rom. I double clicked on it like 5 times and nothing happened!
