nvidia's recent ageia acquisition

so, from what i have heard the rsx chipset is very similar to an nvidia 8800 something or other. with nvidia acquiring ageia (who made ((makes)) the physX cards and technology) does anyone think that a firmware update or specific code for the rsx is in the works to improve physics in-game?

p.s. i though of this a while after reading a rumour that there might be a driver update for the 8800 line of GPU's that would enable hardware physics or some such.

The RSX is similar to a 7800GTX chipset not 8800
