Custom firmware and Pandora's Battery. Need HELP!!!

Ok so my PSP is Firmware 3.90 and I really want to upgrade it to Custom Firmware. Problem is...I DONT KNOW HOW! I read a bunch of stuff about it and it says you have to install Pandora's Battery and downgrade to 1.50 and add 1.50 Kernel. Im so confused! Please help me! I'm new to this stuff so thatz why I need help desperately. So if you can PLEASE give me instructions and links on how to make, download Pandora's Battery and Custom Firmware and Downgrade to 1.50 then please help.

your only option is

a) get some one to downgrade it for you

b) get the datel tool battery
and then create the magic stick (can be done without custom firmware psp) this by far the best magic stick yet, auto creates it for you, and it goes strait to 3.71m33
