Pc vs XBOX DVD playin problem

I have written several backups of several movies without a problem.But a very strange thing occurs sometimes.i burn a dvd ,which plays perfectly on my pc but when i play it on my xbox ,i get artifacts from about the middle of the movie.This is really annoyin .Anybody an ideo of what could be the cause of this problem.
i haven't tried my backups on a normal standalone dvd player yet...

There is an option within Nero 'Force Compatibility' that needs to be check boxed to allow good playback on X-Box so I've been led to believe.
What blank media are you using for instance as very cheap discs will give errors (?)
If your stand alone plays back ups flawlessly normally then I would suggest trying it in said machine , to see what happens & also to help ppl to help you.
