So I've had my psp since release but I haven't touched it in over a year but once I read about all the cool stuff you can do with it I'm gonna try to put this thing to use. I'm going to need to update my psp to 2.71 first then downgrade. Now the only issue I see here is where it says
"Files needed for 2.71 PSP
Generic Downgrade Files <----this link is broken
1.5 Update"
Do I need the stuff in that link and if so where can I find it?
