What is the flash0 file for wallpaper abilities?

Hello guys. I have a semi brick on when I set a wallpaper and shut or put the system on standby the wallpaper is gone it goes either to totally black (standby) or goes to the original PSP background with waves (reboot). I have 3.71 M33-4. I was playing around with my flash0 files. If you can help me please do. Can you tell me which plugin/prx file I may be missing that took this ability away?

update to 3.90M33 then all the missing files will be rewrote.

Next time make sure you back up the files before messing with the flash files.

I fixed it just now. I had to go in my flash1 and make a flash1:/vsh/theme/
